Fieten Oil remains main sponsor of RW Racing GP in 2019

The Dutch company Fieten Oil remains the main sponsor of Moto2 team RW Racing GP in 2019. Just like the previous season, the red-white-blue logo of the chain with the cheapest gas stations in the Netherlands adorns the fairings of the NTS machines.

Richard Fieten, director of Fieten Oil: “In 2016 we came into contact with RW Racing GP and together with some of our business relations we have been guests of the team during the Dutch TT. We have had a lot of positive reactions to this and the cooperation was really a success for our company. Fieten Oil is currently growing and is expanding its field of activity to a national character. For this reason, we have intensified and expanded our cooperation with RW Racing GP.”

Roelof Waninge, team owner of RW Racing GP: “It is of course fantastic news that Fieten Oil is once again the main sponsor of RW Racing GP. It is great for a team that has its roots in Drenthe, to have a partner from the same region, who has the same ambitions to be the best.”

The company established in Hollandscheveld was originally mainly active in the north of the Netherlands. In recent years, Fieten Oil has spread its wings in the country. There are now 35 locations in Drenthe, Friesland, Groningen, North Holland, Utrecht, Gelderland and Overijssel. In January Fieten Oil started building its largest gas station in the network, in Hoofddorp. The station will have ten places and four washing boxes and will be completely unmanned.

Fieten Oil has recently been proclaimed the cheapest chain of gas stations in the Netherlands for the second consecutive year. “We are very pleased that we are officially the cheapest chain for the second time in the ANWB National Gas Station Test”, says Richard Fieten. “We always say that we are the cheapest everywhere, and this is proof that we do not just say anything, but actually are. That’s what we stand for.”
