Van den Goorbergh extends contract with Fieten Olie Racing GP for 2024 and 2025

Zonta van den Goorbergh and Fieten Olie Racing GP will also race together in the Moto2 class in 2024 and 2025. The 17-year-old Dutchman has extended his contract with the sole Dutch Grand Prix team and will therefore continue to compete as a Grand Prix rider alongside Barry Baltus for the next two seasons.

After making his debut in 2022 as a 16-year-old rider, Zonta van den Goorbergh has made great progress over the past two seasons. In 2023 the Dutchman has twice finished in the top ten, scoring his first world championship points. Besides that Van den Goorbergh has been showing where he belongs in the Moto2 class every weekend with 12 appearances in Q2 so far.

Van den Goorbergh and Fieten Olie Racing GP have signed an agreement for 2024 and 2025, allowing the young Dutch talent to continue working on his development as a Grand Prix rider over the next two seasons. With Van den Goorbergh and Barry Baltus, the team has continuity on which can be built in all facets.
